Enquiries
Forms ask for contact details and information relevant to your property question. When message delivery is connected, these details are sent to Tsering through an email delivery service to respond to your request. An enquiry does not add you to a newsletter.
While delivery is unavailable, the site clearly labels the form as a draft. A downloaded draft is saved on your device; it is not sent to Tsering. Avoid including identification documents, banking details or other sensitive information.
Planning tools
Calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not submitted as enquiries automatically. Results are estimates. This site does not currently use advertising trackers.
Calendar and external services
The booking calendar connects to Calendly only when you choose to load it. Calendly handles the details you enter in its calendar under its own privacy notice. External resources and newsletter registration pages have their own privacy practices.
Newsletter choices
Newsletter registration is separate and optional. When enabled, it will require your express choice to receive updates, identify the sender and offer an unsubscribe option. Registration is not active in the current preview.
Questions or removal requests
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of enquiry information by contacting Tsering at tsechogyal@gmail.com. Service providers may keep records under their own retention policies.
